Who are Integra User Group?

The user group provides a forum whereby a healthy dialogue can be maintained between Capita Integrated business solutions (add link to section on them) and user of their Integra Financials software and perhaps more importantly between Integra users themselves.

What does the Integra User Group do?

  •  PROMOTES a healthy dialogue between CAPITA Integrated business solutions and their users
  • SUPPORTS communication between Integra users
  • INFLUENCES product development through the Special Interest Group PIR Voting process
  • DEVELOPS relationships with other appropriate suppliers and partners

Why should I join?

You keep in touch with what is happening in the world of CAPITA Integrated business solutions including the latest product developments.

The best way to stay informed is by attending the numerous Special Interest Groups (SIG’s) (add link to relevant page) we hold throughout the year. The SIG’s discuss the various modules within Integra Financials and we also have sector specific and regional group meetings. The product SIG’s regularly review Product Improvement Requests (PIRs) and provide the framework through which members can influence product development. Each year the SIG’s undertake a voting process to highlight the most important package enhancements to influence the future development plan of the Integra system.

At these meetings you will also learn how to get the most out of your Integra system by talking and listening to fellow users and CAPITA Integrated business solutions experts.

What does the membership include?

All members are entitled to send one representative to any user group meeting held during the year (free of charge), including the annual user conference and the various SIG’s. Additional representatives can attend the Annual User Conference for a substantially discounted fee. SIG Meetings are limited to one representative per member (unless space allows).

What does it cost?

Annual membership of the group is £385 for UK users. For users in Ireland or other parts of Europe the rate is €485 per year.
